Strength/Skill: 5-1 Barbell RDL's and bent over rows (complete 5 RDLs
and 5 bent over rows, then 4 and 4, 3 and 3, 2 and 2, 1 and 1). That is
ONE round. Complete 4 rounds using that same rep scheme. 30 reps
equals ONE round.

10 power cleans
10 burpees over the bar
10 hang power snatches
