Strength/Skill: Pull-Up/kipping work (K2E, T2B, C2B, butterfly, etc)

WOD: Every 30 seconds for 5 mins (light weight)
1 power snatch + 1 OHS

Then EMOM for 5 mins
2 power snatches + 2 hang power snatches + 2 OHS
