Suicide Squats ( 4 sets)
Using 60% of your front squat
6 front squats straight into 12 back squats
*rest 2-3 mins between sets

WOD: 5 rounds
10 pull-ups
25 jumping lunges
25 sit-ups
50 russian twists (no weight)
