10 PVC overhead squats

Skill/Strength:
3-3-3-3-3 overhead squats
20 plank jacks between sets
Zoom/home do 3 single arm OHS each arm
Row 500m (or Run 400m)
Then 3 rounds
30 KBS (53/35)
30 Goblet Squats
30 Sit-ups
