200-ft. dumbbell overhead lunge (50/35) (scaled same weight but hold DB in a front rack)
50 dumbbell box step-ups (50/35) (24/20 both scaled and RX)
50 strict handstand push-ups (scaled strict to 2 mats)
200-ft. handstand walk (scaled bear crawl)
